Rachel McDonald
Rachel McDonald has served on staff at Immanuel in various roles since 2006, when we launched our WEE Program, and became our Director of Kids Ministry in May of 2022.
Rachel grew up in Cookville, Tennessee. She loves the outdoors, kickboxing, volleyball and hanging at the river with family. Rachel’s passion is to love on little ones and help their families foster a love for Jesus and to be life-long learners. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 25 years of experience working with children. She met her husband Brandon at Tennessee Tech University and moved to Lebanon soon after they got married. Rachel and Brandon have three daughters, Emilee, Natalee and Chloee.
