(1 Corinthians 3:5-15)

I. Understanding the role of the worker (1 Corinthians 3:5-8)

1.   Every person who has influenced your spiritual life is a conduit through which God’s grace flows.
2. The conduit shouldn’t get the credit.

II. Understanding the role of the builder (1 Corinthians 3:9-15)

1. Who is the builder and who is the building?
2. We must be careful how we build.
3. The most important part of our building is the foundation.
4. We must build on that foundation with the right materials
   • We must be wise in choosing our materials.
   • The day of revelation is coming.
5. There will be a day of reckoning in our lives.
