SLOTHFULNESS: living with passionless neglect

How can we find ourselves living in passionless neglect?

I. When we become indifferent in our relationships.

1. We are called to bond with our wives. (Genesis 2:23-25)
2. We are called to protect our wives. (Genesis 3:6b)
3. We are given wives for God’s glory. (Ephesians 5:32)

II. When we become indifferent to our righteousness. (Luke 8:11-15)

III. Getting back to a passion filled life. (Revelation 2:4-5)

1. REMEMBER: Look back and see how far you have fallen.
2. REPENT: Turn away from your current direction and go a different way.
3. RETURN: Return to your love for Jesus and restore the passion for your righteousness and your relationships.
