“Preparing for Success” – Nehemiah 1:4-2:8
I. Success always begin with prayer. (Nehemiah 1:4-11)
- Our concern will always lead to our cry.
- Our prayer will come from the depth of our relationship.
- Our prayer should be confession based and scripture focused.
- Never be afraid to ask for success when you are praying God’s will.
II. Success is always prepared when the opportunity presents itself. (Nehemiah 2:1-8)
- The enemy of opportunity is always patience.
- When God opens the door, we have to be prepared to walk through it.
- Pray for confidence.
- Ask with boldness.
- Watch God move.
